"Do not judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant."

Someone at work suggested that quote today. I really like it. It is the essence of Won-a-days. My original concept was to focus on the positive things happening around us every day, even and sometimes most importantly on the really bad days and then pass it on. So today is virtue day lets see if I can stretch something to go with planting seeds. Ok here goes.
Purposefulness - the quality of having a definite purpose
Having a purpose or living a purposeful life, to me means knowing that I don't measure myself by "success", (please note success is one of my least favorite words thus the quotes, some day I'll write more on that one), I have goals and they give me purpose. When I am committed to my purpose every day is a "success".
So in realation to won-a-days my purpose is to find positive things in the world every day, to encourage others to find positive things in the world every day and to plant those positive seeds in a way that encourages others to plant more seeds.
So may I suggest a purpose for the week and then rather than measure your day by what you get from the day, measure your day by what you give to the day.
Purpose of the week - Plant Seeds & have fun while doing it. I think I like it!
