She may be his baby sister but I'm his favourite sister after all we are the same age for 6 weeks a year. I love reading your blog, it always puts a smile on my face which hasn't been so easy to do lately. So thank you for doing this and thank you for just being you.

I spent this week helping my daycare kids prepare crafts for their Mothers for Mother's Day. This has been a very busy week for us and what joy to see these children's faces as they give their gifts to Mom. My son is 18 and I miss all those wonderful made by him gifts.

Tomorrow I will see my sister-in-law and brother-in-law, my son and I haven't seen them for a year. For my husband even more exciting, he hasn't seen them in 3 years and this is his baby sister. They are traveling 6,185km to get here and will then be driving across the Rockies before flying back home. How exciting, she has never done a trip like this before! It was 21 years ago the first time I travelled through the Rockies. I do hope they can stop to breathe and are not rushed to make the flight on the other side.
