Trees in the fall. It is such a vivid picture when you live amongst the mixed forest of the east coast to drive down a tree lined highway in the fall. On the west coast not so much, but the neat thing is that when you do see a splash of colour it really stands out. This morning I noticed one tiny maple tree with leaves of every imaginable shade of red, orange and yellow.
