I have been busily working to spread kindness throughout my community over the past few weeks. These are some of my kindness rocks. I keep a handful of rocks in my pocket as I shop and travel throughout the valley and then just drop them here and there. It's quite amazing to see how quickly they disappear. Often I will set one somewhere on my way into a store and by the time I come back out it will be gone.
It has been a lot of fun to try and find new ways to spread the spirit of won-a-days, it is challenging to stick to anything though as life continues to be full of hustle and bustle, stress and joy. Well this wasn't necessarily the best of the pictures I took of the "kindness rocks", but I thought the way some are bright and bold and some are hidden and dark really represents kindness well. It doesn't always have to be shining brightly, it can be small and subtle and still be just as important.
