Harmony - Jan 7 to 13th

I have had a week off from writing and I think I'm back. As I mentioned last time I have been trying to decide what my "thing" will be this year and I'm not sure that writing every day is it. But I did get a new camera for Christmas and the possibilities are endless. Anyway after a week of not writing one thing is certain. Although I may not want to write every day I never want to forget to look for the wonders again. It has been an amazing week full of swans, deer, clear blue skies, eagles and returned smiles. I have looked into the most beautiful blue eyes and I have heard the most wonderful laughter. I will try a few new things like posting weekly rather than daily and using pictures sometimes instead of words. With weekly posting if you have comments you will make them on the weekly post instead of the daily one, if there are 7 wonders to report in a week I'll post 7 comments and you can do the same. So here goes.

Living in a warm climate I had forgotten the sound of hockey sticks and pucks on ice in the great outdoors. This week our flooded side yard is frozen and the neighbourhood kids have gathered on the small patch of ice with nets, helmets and pucks. The sounds bring back wonderful memories of many frozen winters full of fun.
