I went to a workshop on drumming last evening.This is something I have been longing for for a long time, to drum. What a wonderful way to communicate and spend a Saturday evening. To top the evening off my partner met me for the walk home. It was a clear cold evening, beautiful.

My last thoughts on courage for this week. Courage is not a heroes virtue. Everyday we need courage to do the things that are best for us. The most courageous moments of my life have been when I have felt the weakest and have asked for the help and support I needed.
