I had a little chat with myself on the way to work today. After a poor start to the day - couldn't get vehicle door open and then hit a patch of ice narrowly missing a hydro pole, all the while cursing under my breath - I took a deep breath and became aware of the incredible beauty around me. The sun was shining brilliantly, especially on the snow covered mountains. There were gulls, ducks and trumpeter swans playing in the water & resting in the fields. We truly live in paradise and every once in a while need to step back, quit complaining and enjoy what we have.

A woman just walked through my office door unannounced and said "I want to give you a hug and thank you for the wonderful workshop it made such a difference to me personally" Made my day!
