How to have fun = Play like a child. To get started observe children having fun and then do what they do without being consious of your adult self. If you do not have your own child to learn from I'm sure you can find one to borrow, many parents are happy to lend theirs out to trusted friends and relatives, (be cautious if they offer them for very long periods of time though). It may take some practice but there will be no question of when you get it as the spontaneous laughter will confirm you have achieved the child like pleasure of "living in the moment" . It is worth the investment of the practice time, I promise, see today I was a rock n roll star for a couple of hours, really I was and what's not to love about that.

Cub leaders get to really play too. Too many adults get so busy doing "grown up" stuff - they miss out on the real fun. I know I don't want to grow up too much.!!

We just started skiing again because our daughter loves it! We had soooo much fun! Just the three of us (our little family) swooshing down the hill in the sunshine, smiles from ear to ear! Lil one passing us! Heaven!
