We stayed low and beat the heat. 37 with the humidex, ouch! I am not good in heat so.......ice packs, spray bottles with water, the garden hose, barbeque for supper and for the rest of the day.....cat like lounging and stillness. Of course with an 11 year old in the house you can imagine what eventually happens with the ice packs, spray bottles and a garden hose.
