I had a rough day today but I kept thinking about kindness and about being kind to myself. I really like that word - Kindness

Echo, Echo, Echo...On a regular basis I look at my son and say "Has anyone told you how wonderful you are today?" Often he blushes and looks embarrassed, but occassionally I can see as he reaches out to hug me that he was not feeling very special that day, and words of kindness were exactly what he needed. Keep the Echo going.
