Again, it's so easy to get caught up in everything that's going on. Easy to forget that for everything that happens you have a decision in how it affects you. My won-a-day today was when I was having a really bad morning at work and I was getting in a bad mood and I remembered that only I can make it better and I chose to be in a good mood and not let the little things ruin my day! At work today someone said yes to financially supporting one of our non-profit projects. It was not a lot of money but it is so nice to be told yes, we celebrate every little victory in our office with what we like to call "merriment", well actually we usually have merriment even in the face of defeat. Sometimes my board of directors express concern about all the merriment, they're just kidding.....I think.
